Meeting with Mr. Michael J. Delaney, Assistant US Trade Representative

Mr. Ajay Singha, Executive Director, Amcham; and Ms Madhvi Kataria, Deputy Executive Director, Amcham met with Mr. Michael J. Delaney, Assistant US Trade Representative – South & Central Asian Affairs, on 1st September in New Delhi.

Mr. Delaney was accompanied by Mr. Blair Parks Hall, Jr., Minister Counselor - Economic, Environment & Science Affairs, US Embassy; and Ms Rebecca Gardner, Third Secretary, Economic Section, US Embassy.

During the meeting, the growing bilateral relations between India and the US were discussed. In particular, the visit of Amcham’s delegation to Sri Lanka on the occasion of the visit of a US Government’s Trade and Investment Framework Agreement delegation and the Private-Public Partnership Conference organized by the Governments of the United States and Sri Lanka were discussed.
