HR Committee

The HR Committee was formed with the following three key pillars: ‘Lead, Build and Share.’ It aims to lead change to promote advocacy for critical areas in HR. To elaborate, it aims to build and drive initiatives for skill development, to consistently upgrade competence and provide an interactive platform for its members to be able to share best practices. The HR Committee discusses leadership for managing transformation, the building of organizational culture and values, strategic talent acquisition and development of employee engagement, facilitate ng synergies across employee communities and better preparedness for foreseeing emerging risks. With workplaces evolving rapidly, HR executives are facing the twin challenge of transition into the hybrid world while maintaining culture and ensuring all HR processes work together in an equitable manner. The committee brings together HR leaders from across sectors to brainstorm relevant issues under the wider HR horizon.

The committee has an annual Future of Work Conference which this year focussed on hybrid model engagement, building an inclusive ecosystem with D&I, moonlighting and building leadership capabilities and pipeline.
