Objective

The ECP is a private sector initiated, managed and financed partnership with the prime objective to mobilize private sector expertise and resources to address important energy-related issues in U.S. and India and also to support sustainable development of the energy sector with a focus on clean energy in India.

• Promote commercially viable project development work in clean energy and energy efficiency, and
• Support the sustainable development of the energy sector with a focus on clean energy in India.

ECP aims to remove barriers to clean energy deployment, accelerate development of clean energy projects, explore standards harmonization and share regulatory best practices.
