Mr. "Bud" Albright Jr. Under Secretary of Energy of the United States Government
addressed members of Amcham at a breakfast meeting on Wednesday 2nd April at
New Delhi. The Chairman and members of the Energy and Oil & Gas committtee gave a
briefing to the Under Secretary and his delegation and presented them Amcham's
position paper on Oil & Gas issues. The Under Secretary was leading
a high ranking delegation for discussions with the Indian Government.
