US SME Business Development Mission to India

The American Chamber of Commerce along with US Foreign Commercial Service and FedEx organized a briefing session followed by a Seminar on Doing Business with India with FedEx Mission on 10 th November 2008 at New Delhi .

The briefing by AMCHAM was addressed by Mr. Richard Rekhy, Chief Operating Officer, KPMG and Chairman, AMCHAM Tax & Tariff Committee; Mr. Sanjiv Chaudhary, Executive Director, PwC; and Ms Neeru Ahuja, Partner, Deloitte, on taxation aspects of doing business with India.

Mr. Suchinto Chatterji, President, ILF Knowledge Resources Pvt. Ltd., made a presentation on legal aspects of doing business in India .
